Healing Starts with Tea. 与夏对坐,以茶疗心

In a world that moves fast, this is your invitation to slow down.

Led by Summer, a certified tea practitioner and life coach, this 30-minute tea healing session offers more than just tea. It’s a quiet return to self.

Rooted in traditional Chinese tea art and mindfulness, each session guides you to reconnect with your body, breath, and presence, one pour at a time. Whether you're a curious tea beginner or simply seeking peace, this is a moment of stillness you’ll carry with you long after the last sip.

About the Host

Summer 夏目

Life Coach & Certified Tea Practitioner

After facing cancer three times, Summer discovered that tea was more than a drink, it was a path to emotional healing, clarity, and peace. Today, she gently guides others to that same space of stillness. Her sessions are warm, personal, and deeply grounding, a blend of ancient practice and lived wisdom.

“To me, drinking tea is a sacred act of slowing down, a soft dialogue between soul and stillness.”
