Led by Ms Lilian Ong, a registered counsellor and mindfulness teacher, the retreat offers science-backed strategies for well-being in a heartfelt, tranquil setting.

With years of experience supporting emotional well-being and behavioural health, Lilian is known for her grounded, gentle approach. Her sessions are welcoming, reflective, and always tuned to the inner wisdom of her guests. She believes in bridging evidence-based psychology with the healing power of stillness and community.
