Reserve Your Tea Experience in Chinatown

1. General

All reservations and workshop bookings are subject to availability. 

2. Workshop Bookings

• All workshop sessions require advance booking.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment or deposit.

• Each session is conducted in a small group setting with limited seats.

• Participants are advised to arrive on time to ensure a complete experience.

3. Table Reservations

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the confirmed time.

• Late arrivals may result in the release of the table without prior notice.

• Walk-ins are subject to availability.

• Seating preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Workshops:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Table Reservations:

• Changes or cancellations should be made in advance where possible.

• Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation restrictions.

5. No-Show Policy

• No-shows for workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tables may be released after the 15-minute grace period.

6. Late Arrivals

• Workshops will begin on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session.

• No extensions or refunds will be provided for missed time.

7. Payment

• Payment is required to confirm workshop bookings.

• Accepted payment methods will be shared upon confirmation.

8. Conduct & Experience

• Guests are expected to respect the quiet and intimate nature of the space.

• Disruptive behaviour may result in the session being paused or terminated without refund.

9. Changes by Teatime.sg

Teatime.sg reserves the right to reschedule or adjust sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative arrangements.
